CHRIS KITCHEN President With a couple University degrees in hand, Chris entered the workforce as a project manager for a Tucson development firm. He then took the reigns of a Phoenix-area homebuilder and transformed the enterprise into a leading custom builder in Arizona. The evolution to infrastructure construction was complete when he co- founded Capital Engineering Group. With his expertise in project management and finance, Chris is an integral part of the team. |

WENDELL MOATE Director, VP of Engineering Wendell Moate has worked in infra- structure for 45 years, starting with a post college job with the Arizona Highway Department. He formed Concrete Placement Company in 1971 and still holds the record for longest curb and gutter pour in the state. He then spent 15 years in California establishing infrastructure for a number of Federal and State projects of all sizes. Capital Engineering Group is the culmination of all those efforts. |
